We roast our specialty coffee in frequent small batches to guarantee every order ships at peak freshness. Our roasting schedule is driven by customer orders — not warehouse inventory — so your coffee never sits unsold or stale.

Each coffee profile is developed using precision Ikawa sample roasters, allowing us to identify the ideal roast level before scaling to our 10kg and 15kg drum roasters. This method ensures consistent flavor, aroma, and character across every batch.

Orders are often packed and shipped the same day they are roasted, minimizing storage time and maximizing freshness. Our roasting and fulfillment process is designed around quality, speed, and craft excellence, delivering freshly roasted coffee beans straight to your door.

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days, with slight delays possible during holidays or peak demand periods.
